2. Why we use cookies
The edih.md website uses cookies for:
- Correct operation of the site (session management, consent preferences)
- Temporarily saving progress in the multi-step registration form
- Statistical traffic analysis (with your consent), to understand how users interact with the site and to improve it
We do not use marketing or behavioural tracking cookies.

3.2 Analytics cookies (with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymised traffic statistics. These cookies are only activated if you have given your consent via our cookie banner.

Data sent to Google: anonymised IP address (last octet masked), pages visited, session duration, device and browser type, country/region. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

3.3 Marketing cookies
We currently do not use marketing or behavioural advertising cookies. This policy will be updated if this changes.
4. Managing your preferences

4.1 Our cookie banner
On your first visit, the banner in the bottom right corner allows you to accept or refuse optional cookie categories. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the website footer.
4.2 Browser settings
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through the settings menu. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
4.3 Disabling Google Analytics
You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by visiting Google privacy settings.
