1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the edih.md website and associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the site.

Access by minors under 16 to services involving personal data processing is permitted only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About EDIH Moldova

EDIH Moldova (European Digital Innovation Hub Moldova) is a European digital innovation hub co-funded by the European Union under the Digital Europe Programme, Grant Agreement No. 101269445, operated by ACETI — Association for Information Technologies, Republic of Moldova.

EDIH's mission is to accelerate the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and public organisations in the Republic of Moldova, through access to expertise, testing infrastructure and European innovation networks.

3. Services offered

Through this website and associated programmes, EDIH offers:

• Test before Invest access to equipment, software platforms and technical expertise for validating digital solutions.
• Consulting and expertise support for identifying digitalisation needs and developing digital roadmaps.
• Access to finance guidance towards programmes and funding sources for digitalisation projects.
• Training and skills development educational programmes, workshops and courses on digital technologies.
• Ecosystem and networking connection with partners, technology vendors and other European hubs.

EDIH services are generally free of charge for eligible beneficiaries, subject to available resources and applicable selection criteria.

4. Eligibility

EDIH services are primarily intended for:

• Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) registered in the Republic of Moldova
• Public sector organisations (authorities, public institutions)
• Non-profit organisations with relevant activity
• Start-ups and individual entrepreneurs with an interest in digital transformation

Specific eligibility for each programme or open call is detailed in the relevant documents available in the Open Calls section of the site.

5. User obligations

By using the edih.md website, you undertake not to:

• Use the site for illegal activities or activities contrary to public order
• Send spam, harmful content, viruses or any malicious code
• Perform scraping, automated crawling or mass access to content without EDIH's written consent
• Provide false or misleading information in forms or requests
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of EDIH, ACETI or third parties
• Disrupt the operation of the site or related infrastructure (DoS attacks, code injection, etc.)

Any abusive use may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the edih.md website — texts, articles, images, graphics, logos, icons, audiovisual materials and interface design — is the property of EDIH / ACETI or is used with the permission of rights holders and is protected by Law No. 139/2010 on copyright and related rights (Republic of Moldova) and applicable international regulations.

What is permitted: Partial reproduction of content for informational or journalistic purposes is permitted with clear attribution of the source (edih.md) and author, without altering the meaning.

What is not permitted: Full reproduction, commercialisation, distribution or modification of content without the written consent of EDIH / ACETI.

The European Union logo and materials with European funding comply with the European Commission's visual identity rules.

7. Limitation of liability

EDIH / ACETI make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of information on the site, but do not guarantee its completeness, correctness or applicability in specific cases.

• EDIH is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the site.
• Information on the site is of a general nature and does not constitute legal, financial or specialist advice.
• The site may contain links to third-party websites. EDIH does not control and is not responsible for their content.

8. Site availability

EDIH / ACETI make reasonable efforts to keep the site accessible 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical updates or exceptional circumstances, without prior notice.

9. Modification of terms

EDIH / ACETI reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page, with the date of the last update visible in the header.

Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chișinău municipality, Republic of Moldova.
