The Memorandum with WIN-WIN EDIH from Ukraine was signed during Moldova Digital Summit 2026, while the agreements with AI EDIH Hungary and InnovationAmp EDIH from Bulgaria were concluded during EDIH Summit 2026 in Brussels.
The partnership with WIN-WIN EDIH from Ukraine places a strong focus on exchanging experience regarding the activities and services provided by European Digital Innovation Hubs. The two organizations will collaborate to identify best practices for supporting SMEs, conduct comparative analyses of business needs in the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine, and organize joint training and capacity-building activities. The cooperation will also contribute to supporting initiatives dedicated to the reconstruction and development of the Ukrainian business environment in the post-conflict period.
The Memorandum signed with AI EDIH Hungary opens important cooperation opportunities in the fields of artificial intelligence and deep-tech technologies. The partners will conduct joint activities to explore and promote AI-based solutions, facilitate SMEs’ access to expertise and specialized infrastructures, and cooperate in identifying and leveraging European funding opportunities dedicated to innovative projects.
The collaboration with InnovationAmp EDIH from Bulgaria will focus on exchanging experience related to SME digitalization, developing “test before invest” services, implementing training programs and digital skills development initiatives, as well as identifying synergies for participation in joint European initiatives and projects. Particular attention will be given to sectors such as agriculture, tourism, and the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
According to Ion Bodrug, President of ACETI and Coordinator of EDIH “DIH of Moldova”, these agreements represent an important step toward integrating the Moldovan Hub into the European Digital Innovation Hub network and expanding the opportunities available to companies and organizations in the Republic of Moldova.
“Partnerships with hubs from Ukraine, Hungary, and Bulgaria allow us to capitalize on European expertise, develop high-quality services for our beneficiaries, and create new international cooperation opportunities for SMEs, public institutions, and research organizations in the Republic of Moldova,” said Ion Bodrug.
Through these new agreements, EDIH “DIH of Moldova” is expanding its international cooperation network and contributing to the strengthening of the regional innovation and digital transformation ecosystem by facilitating the exchange of knowledge, technologies, and development opportunities among European countries.
