EDIH Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova Expands Its Partnership Network Through a New Cooperation Agreement with Organizations from the Republic of Moldova and Romania

The event brought together representatives of academia and research, the business community, innovation support organizations, and experts from the Republic of Moldova and Romania, providing a platform for experience sharing, partnership development, and the identification of new cooperation opportunities.

During the session dedicated to the Digital Innovation Hub network, Ion Bodrug, President of ACETI and Coordinator of EDIH Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova, presented the evolution of Digital Innovation Hub initiatives in the Republic of Moldova and their path toward integration into the European Digital Innovation Hub network. He also presented the services provided by EDIH Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova to SMEs and public institutions, including digital maturity assessments, access to technological expertise, digital skills development, and connecting beneficiaries to the European innovation ecosystem.

A key moment of the event was the signing of a cooperation agreement between EEN Moldova, PROSME Romania, EDIH Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova, and Wallachia eHub. The document establishes a strategic cooperation framework for delivering integrated support services in innovation, technology transfer, digitalization, and internationalization, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

The partnership aims to leverage the expertise, resources, and European networks of all parties to support companies and public institutions in their modernization efforts, competitiveness growth, and integration into European value chains.

Participation in the event provided EDIH Digital Innovation Hub of Moldova with the opportunity to strengthen relationships with partner organizations and identify new cooperation opportunities at both national and European levels, benefiting businesses and public institutions in the Republic of Moldova.
